You are not what you think you are, but what you think; you are.
The vibrations that go forth from me reflect my true nature. The quality of my inner being is reflected in my life, my outer world, there is no difference. Therefore, nothing can change until I change my feelings with my thoughts and words. I become aware of my thoughts, my words; not just the words I speak but the words that come from within, so faint yet so loud. Stagnate thoughts, negative self-defeating ideals, unkind and unloving words about myself or about situations and circumstances. If I want to make permanent changes, I will become consciously aware of what I am thinking and feeling and really get going in my mind again; become excited about life again and know I am personally accountable, which means paying attention to my thoughts, my self-talk, and releasing others from a sense of responsibility and taking responsibility for myself. If I think and say anxious, frightened words, “I cannot make it, I’m only human,” words or “you cannot expect more from me than this,” words, then that’s what I’ll get back. It starts within. I’ll get back just what I thought, what I asked for by thinking and using these self-defeating words—just what I ordered; but anytime I want to change my order, I can. Changing my thoughts and feelings will change my words and actions. The power comes from within—the words are my words. I’ll become aware of my thoughts and start thinking affirmatively, putting positive, happy words in my conversations and self-talk, and will focus on the good things, the constructive things in life. I’ll say, “I can,” and I will. I’ll become a positive self-talker and thinker and my life will reflect these changes, and these positive changes will benefit me and those I share my life with.
