What is a Life Coach? Coaching is a modern method for helping others to improve, develop, learn new skills, find personal success, achieve aims and manage life’s changes and personal challenges. Life coaching/personal coaching is different then training, it is not prescriptive or instructional. More exactly, coaching draws out rather than puts in, it reflects rather than directs. I’m A Spiritual Life Coach, I offer my services to you if you are interested in “intentional spiritual growth,” choosing to grow instead of just letting life happen, and are coming to the realization that you need to do something different to make your life more complete, and if you’re looking for a different perspective and realize you need to make a change or transformation in your life. Or perhaps you had experiences that have affected you in a way that makes you feel less capable, leaving unpleasant feelings; know that these feelings can be removed with the right tools. I’ll give you new tools for your personal “tool box.” I’ll work with you and together we will find the way that is right for you personally, and give you the skill to make better choices and the ability to clear your mind and your present perception of what is achievable. The truth is a perception, your perception, and belief is something you create in your mind, we’ll work to establish constructive thoughts and productive beliefs. We’ll explore your beliefs and identify the ones that work with you, and those that work against you. As your life coach I will work with you in removing the beliefs that are not working, and reinforce the ones that are working to benefit you. In the process, perhaps you’ll choose to discover a few new beliefs to make your life more rewarding. I will help you understand your value and the inner strength that you possess, to realize your gifts and how much you do make a difference in this world. And to know that God’s love is abundant, never ending, and always available. To enable you to live each day with the understanding that you can master the trials and tribulations that exist, learn the lesson every experience offers, grow in your own spirituality and develop a real sense of self-worth, and also develop your personal power, the power within. As we work together you will come to understand how valuable you are and learn the various steps in reaching your true potential. Also, through our conversations, we will talk three or four times a month; I will help you evaluate, improve, advance, and develop new strategies to raise your skill levels. You will validate yourself in personal situations and learn to trust your own instincts and intuitions. |
